Why should I use a Repair Bag?
We all know and understand the dilemma of having a garment that needs to be repaired, we wait and wait and wait for the perfect opportunity to head out to an alterations business. In most cases these items are never repaired - unfortunately! With buying new clothes being the easiest option, the general consensus is to go and buy a new garment instead. RCYCL x Hello Tailr is allowing for this to be done swiftly with little effort. Simply fill out the form, wait for the Repair bag to arrive, fill and send. Sit tight and it will be delivered to your door in no time at all!
How long does it take?
The majority of alterations are picked up and returned in less than two weeks, however we recommend allowing three weeks for all orders in case of delays. If we need to source zippers, buttons or other accessories allow up to four weeks.
What is the cost breakdown?
The prices for all alterations can be found for each product in the services section. The Repair Bag is $19.95 and covers inbound and outbound postage fees, direct to your door on return. Can I get a fitting?
As an online only business we can't offer fittings or take in person measurements. Please refer to a number of guides to make taking your alterations measurements easy. If your situation is not covered by the measurement guides please reach out here.
