On this Valentine's Day, we're given the unique opportunity to focus on the third of these motivations: love and belonging. It's a time to celebrate and strengthen the bonds we share with those we cherish and our surrounds.

Love is a fierce and unparalleled force; we see it in the hugs between a mother and son, the pressed flowers preserved to memorialise a first date, best friends sharing their wardrobes, and the banter exchanged on a basketball court.
No matter where we find it, every day is an endless search for the little things that bring us joy and spread love to those around us.
